Atlas / English Axle Component Added Today

These two-piece shafts are designed to be a direct replacement for the standard half shafts allowing for standard bearing fitment and without the need to machine any parts. Manufactured from up rated material these large diameter shafts come in either 22T English, 16T Atlas or 18T Group 4 splines. The half shafts use a conned washer and lock nut design to eliminate the common problem of shaft nuts coming undone under hard cornering. This works by tightening the locking nut, which contacts the coned washer making it grip down on to the shaft ensuring flange and all internals stay in the correct position. The special locking nut can then be locked onto the shaft further ensuring no movement can occur. To complement the shafts you will need to purchase the half shaft flanges which enable correct wheel fitment, with coned washer’s and locking nut’s. All of this can be retro fitted with ease and with the minimum of fuss. Our fully floating, two-piece Group 4 18T spline half shaft provides a real alternative for more demanding applications and cars.
